Return & Refund Policy
01Order confirmation
Every order is confirmed personally by our team. For bank-transfer orders, please send your payment receipt on WhatsApp so we can process your order.
02Returns
Bright Beam® instruments may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Certified gem stones and custom jewellery are non-returnable once accepted, as each is unique and certified.
03Warranty
Genuine Bright Beam® products carry up to a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty claims are handled directly with our team via WhatsApp.
04Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method or by bank transfer within 7–14 working days of the returned item being received and inspected.
05Damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
